Common Ways To Obtain An Item

Most items are obtained from crafting. Please check your green recipe book
From dungeons, please check /codex and navigate to that dungeon's boss (Blasphemy and Ravenna) for details.
From custom ores.
From events.
From forging (/warp forge)
